We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company by international certification services accredited by joint accreditation system of Australia and New Zealand for the manufacture of hand pumps, tools, pipes and spares thereof.  We are registered with UNICEF and other UN Organizations, NGOs for supply of these hand pumps. We are also registered with Federation of Indian Exporters Organization, and DGFT, Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India as Manufacturer/Exporter of these pumps and Cold Chain Equipments.

We manufacture a wide range of WHO approved Cold Chain Equipments like Cold Boxes, Vaccine Carriers and Icepacks each with variable model and capacity. The cold boxes, vaccine carriers and Ice packs conform to WHO specifications and standards. We also manufacture a wide range of deep well/shallow well hand pumps suitable for installation depth of 30 ft to 300 ft., which includes the most popular India mark II, India mark III (VLOM 3mm/50mm), extra deep well pumps as per Bureau of Indian Standards and Afridev, U2/U3 modified hand pumps as per relevant SKAT/HTN specifications.  With minor modifications, the pumps can be motorized and also modified to lift the water up to height of 10 mtr to overhead tank from the ground level and still operated by hand pumping.

Introducing the India Mark-II and Afridev deepwell handpumps has been a revolutionary step for the upliftment of underprivileged population of developing countries by providing them clean potable drinking water. The challenge of providing potable drinking water was accepted and shared by the Non-Governmental Organizations, Civil Society, Local Communities and UN Organizations. The manufacturers of pumps also came forward to give their contribution for achieving the goal of providing clean and safe drinking water in the decades of 1970/80 and the challenge is continuing.

The Promoter of our company, Mr. Lalit Khanna is highly qualified and has experience of 35 years in Handpumps and Cold Chain industry and has been associated in this drive with Unicef, UNDP, SKAT in various capacities and had been attending the World Water Meets/ WHO Meets  being organized by UNDP/UNICEF/WHO for various developments in this regard. Mr Lalit Khanna has also been associated with Bureau of Indian Standards as a member of the Technical Committee responsible for making/amending the specifications for various types of hand pumps.

Keeping in view the scarcity of electricity/power in the interiors of villages, Apex International came forward to exploit and re-generate Natural Resources one of which being Solar Energy for the upliftment of underprivileged people in the interiors. We have entered into the new venture of business of Solar Energy Products i.e. Lights, Inverters and Fans to begin with for the Indian domestic market as well as International market.
